At first I thought the sitename stood for nylons, heels, lingerie and pantyhose/panties. But then I took a closer look at the banner for NHLP Central and I realized that they wrote in smaller print, “Your #1 Location For Nylon, Heels, Lingerie Plus+.” So I wasn’t that far off.
