A man uses his authority as a police detective to stalk his victims by running their plates through his onboard computer to determine if his victims look hot, are single and what prior arrests or infractions he can use to blackmail them into having sex with him. Those who give in and do not complain and keep their mouths shut will live. Those he feel he cannot trust, he kills in the remote bedroom he forces them into. He then uses his position to report the vehicle stolen or missing only to have the victim turn up as a carjack and rape victim later.
